Nathan Hall, VP of Systems Engineering for Pure Storage
Nathan Hall is VP of Systems Engineering for Pure Storage, and is responsible for leading the 300 person Americas SE organization, setting and communicating the technical strategy for Pure in the Americas theater, shaping customer insights and feedback into product direction, and driving new growth, strategy and implementation agendas that deliver real business results for Pure and Pure’s customers. Prior to his career at Pure, Nathan led the North America server specialist technology organization for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, supporting $2B in annual revenue and focused on cloud, hyperconverged, composable, and blade infrastructure products and services. Nathan came to HPE via its acquisition of the pioneering Hyperconverged startup SimpliVity, where Nathan led the Americas field technology organization and engaged in a range of pre and post-acquisition key company strategic initiatives from margin improvement and customer experience improvement to leading multiple workstreams of the HPE organizational integration and launch of the HPE SimpliVity 380 product and sales strategy. Nathan has also held several other notable roles in the technology industry including co-founder and Chief Architect of ColdStor Data, where he led the design, was awarded patents, and brought to market the world’s first purpose-built for archive cloud storage service.
