Topics
Business transformation and today’s CXO

C-suite executives today need to embrace new software-defined business models for the evolving workplace and workforce that combine virtualization, mobility management, networking and SaaS solutions so businesses and people can work better together. We will look at challenges in education, adoption and hiring the right skill sets to support this inevitable change.

Leadership and building a culture of innovation

Big institutions are failing. But smart, inspired leaders can drive the changes needed across an organization to win in today’s digital economy.  What strategies are working?  What companies are providing the partnership, collaboration and tools needed to support the process?

Developing the next generation IT leaders

The workplace has changed. And the millennial generation has expectations on where, when and how they work best….and it isn’t just about money. What do we as leaders need to do to attract, retain and cultivate our own successors?

Join your peers and visionaries from the IT industry for this executive guided interactive conversation to discuss the ingredients of the IT Organization.

Open Forum Discussion (45 minutes)

The discussion will be based on the list of challenges, problems discussed already and will take the format of group brainstorming and open discussion to come up with possible suggestions and solutions to common challenges at the Executive IT level. We will also touch on a variety of other topics, including, but not limited to:

  • Hiring and growing people with the right skill sets
  • New age datacenter technologies and product innovations
  • Modern application life cycle

Selden Standard

Nothing brings us more joy than a great meal with friends. Sharing that experience is at the heart of why we opened Selden Standard. And central to that experience is Chef Andy Hollyday’s food – flavors born in local farms, captured at the peak of the season, prepared in our wood-fired oven, and served small plates-style in perfectly shareable portions. Complementing the menu is a bar we take every bit as seriously as our kitchen: wines thoughtfully chosen from small producers, local and global brews that work well with our food, and craft cocktails to suit the seasons.
