Business Transformation and Today’s CXO

C-suite executives today need to embrace new software-defined business models for the evolving workplace and workforce that combine virtualization, mobility management, networking and SaaS solutions so businesses and people can work better together. We will look at challenges in education, adoption and hiring the right skill sets to support this inevitable change.

Leadership and building a culture of innovation

Big institutions are failing. But smart, inspired leaders can drive the changes needed across an organization to win in today’s digital economy.  What strategies are working?  What companies are providing the partnership, collaboration and tools needed to support the process?

Developing the next generation IT Leaders

The workplace has changed. And the millennial generation has expectations on where, when and how they work best….and it isn’t just about money. What do we as leaders need to do to attract, retain and cultivate our own successors?

Join your peers and visionaries from the IT industry for this executive guided interactive conversation to discuss the ingredients of the IT Organization.

Open Forum Discussion (45 minutes)

The discussion will be based on the list of challenges discussed already and will take the format of group brainstorming and open discussion to come up with suggestions and solutions to common challenges at the executive level. ELWAY’S Downtown emerged from a mixture of good friends, good food and the belief that Coloradoans are looking for – and deserve – more from a dining experience.

Longtime friends John Elway and Tim Schmidt envisioned a place where friends, families and business professionals could celebrate life’s victories, or just unwind at the end of a busy day. Where an ever-changing menu offered the best of the best, accompanied by a fabulous wine list. All delivered in a contemporary atmosphere much like Colorado itself – adventurous, fun and always alive.
