Dean has over 22 years of experience selling and marketing in the Unified Communications space. He spent 7 years in Seattle cutting his teeth selling PBX and Contact Center technology for a value added reseller. Starting with traditional providers such as Avaya, Toshiba, and Siemens and quickly morphed into the early days of IP telephony and non-traditional contact centers such as Interactive Intelligence, Cisco, 3Com, and Vertical Networks.

Moving to the Bay Area 15 years ago, Dean expanded his focus on the contact center, customer experience, and the early adoption on UCaaS and CCaaS platforms. For the past 5 years, Dean has been working at Fuze, working with Product, Marketing, and Sales to help educate prospects and customers on the benefits of UCaaS and Fuze’s role in the enterprise market.
